Yes there is three tintop races, the first one is the re-run of the mallory park race that was redflagged. The other two are the snetterton rounds.

Everyone whose car was still running when the red flag was shown in the second Tin Tops race at Mallory Park has already qualified for a “free” replacement race using the original Mallory Park car at Snetterton on July 23.

Would it be possible to allow regular tin toppers into the 'extra' race if we paid a few quid extra and it was non points scoring? say like an extra practise session with us starting at the back of the grid?

Unfortunately not Dom, the only entrants allowed are those who were at Mallory and with their car running at the time of the red flag. You must also enter the same car. I've tried to get this relaxed as I was in a borrowed car (which I had to hire at a fair expense), and I do hope to have my usual race car ready for Snett,so don't want to hire the car again. But..........I was not successful.

As it happens the very nice man I hired the car from heard about the extra race and as very generously agreed to bring it to Snetterton for me. So, I should be driving that in the additional race and my car in the subsequent races. So, there should be a spare car for hire in the afternoon if anyone is interested.

The "extra" race is for those who were entered and running at Mallory Park at the time of the red flag. Essentially it as as if the race had restarted at Mallory Park only a few minutes after the red flag...although I do hope its going to be dry!

Dont know who is in charge of rules and regs now but if a competitor was to change his class half way through a season does he lose all points gained in his previous class or can they be carried over to the new class!

The points are awarded for the class so if you change the points in the new class start at 0.

When we were at Snetterton we were advised that the racing would be available to view on the web.
