He only bent 1 car he still has his nice M3 to play with.Bit of T-cut and tanktape and careful use of a large hammer should see his CSL back to health.

We've got a lot of drivers doing the Spa 1000km on the same weekend - notably David Leslie, Calum Lockie, Piers Masarati, and Phil Bennett.

Bumped into Andy Allen at the Rock' Sunday and he's getting the car repaired at the moment and am sure he won't be out.

Today at Thruxton. See MST site for full results.

1st Rouse/Rouse. Lights to flag victory.
2nd Mercer/Fores, great job in the Topcats TVR Tuscan.
3rd Smith/Cuff, dropped back fron 2nd on grid, but early pit stop paid off later in the race, Thwarted by need for second pit stop.
4th Harris/Turvey, great early battles, puncture with 2 minutes to go dropped them a place.
5th Meins, drove alone, great battles in top 3 early on.
6th Leggate/Reid, fantastic early performance by Reid, maintained by Fiona in seconf half.
7th Allen/Wilson, made up for poor qualifying by stealth.
8th McInerneys, fighting all the way.
9th Mustill/Middlehurst, part of the initial front runners, but couldn't go the distance without a second stop.
10th Fenton, another single driver, crept up thr order.
11th Bullock/Mercer, early pucture and spin for Bullock relegated them to the back, Mercer flew towards the end.
12th Clonis/Jenvey, solid performance from FormulaV star Jenvey, first time at Thruxton, first time out of a single seater.

Thats enough, full report on Dailysportscar early next week.

Bullock & Mercer must be upset considering how many laps they must have missed due to the beaching of their mantis at the chicane at the start. Very good drive to end up only 5 laps off the winners.

The EERC website www.eerc.co.uk now shows a list of potential entrants for the "Open" at Donington on Nov 6. (scroll down quite a way until you come to "Donington Open Grid"). This is not actually the grid, but all that have shown an interest so far, plus there are more to come.
