Indicates that Int. Motorsport will only be running one car this weekend? Has someone else got the second in their garage or are we a car short for the weekend?

The entry list posted earlier in the thread has 20 cars but only 19 names?
but doesn't list the teams and I dont remember which drivers drive for which teams?

Also wasnt there meant to be another few cars sold?
are they not complete yet?

I know that Bob Cunningham was wanting to take his car away from Lyall (Bobs car being the ex Andy Night Taxi) and has possibly done a deal with all the old XXX motorsport team for gear for this season.

I assumed that J Reid would be in the other IMS machine but that could be the blank spot behing car #2 http://www.v8st.co.nz/images/assets/R1_entries_web.pdf .

Do super toureres impose a fine for non appearances (dispensation for accidents I would presume)?

Only 3 more sleeps till raceday.

I think there is one that isn't finished yet, but I would have expected that was the 22nd car. Don't think Johnny Reid is driving this season, concentrating on Porsche Cup I think? Maybe they are looking for a paying driver?

There is a fine for non-appearance I am told.

Also I believe Lyall has had a relative pass away so very sorry to hear that.

TV production in doubt once again money not paid probably no TV!

The gates are definitely open and lots of race cars are arriving at the circuit, along with at least one TV3 van.

As per my post in the MNZ thread, it would appear that Member CCC is none other than Wayne Christie. Does that go some way to explaining his attitude and scurrilous accusations, none of which are actually based on real facts?

I watched live timing (in between attempts at work

) and there were 18 cars out in P1. Only one of them was an International car - Pederson.

If IMS run two cars will that make the total 21 then? Entry list not updated since the other day and that shows 20.

I see the Super Cheap car (steered by Matt Lockwood in the absence of McLaughlin, who's off in Aussie but is back on sunday) didn't turn a lap in first practice.

For the record I am am not Wayne Christie he is a good and honest guy. But this exactly the sort of crap I would expect on here!
