Lens cleaning

I've got a Canon 70-300mm which over the years has accumulated a lot of dust inside the barrel.

Any recommendations where to get it cleaned and what to expect to pay. I'd prefer if it was somewhere local (Bucks/Berks) rather than have to post it but will do if that's a better option.

i don't know canon becuse i use nikon but open it by yourself but be careful its a very very secure job to do it .
anyway is it so important for you because normaly its not neccesary to do it

There's no way I'd be opening one of my lenses.......

It's important for me because the dust has got on the internal optics, enough that I think it's affecting the quality of the image.

As for opening it up myself, I have done it on a very old manual lens but wouldn't dream of trying it on anything modern.
