SPA: intl F3 race of the future?

Next british F3 race at Spa will see some prime Euroseries drivers participate.
Another interesting point of contact between the two championship.
Now, considering the undoubted fascination of Spa circuit, may we assume that Spa will , in the near future, become an international race like zandvoort or macau?
