Dixie had the car of the weekend overall, Herta may have had top speed but wasn't so consistent.
Seems like Toronto really wants the event and it will stay on the schedule. Always full in the stands and grounds and they were out in force on a Friday for practice. Hopefully the Peacock numbers are better than Indy expects, at least got my viewing in early but that no action call turned me off. Went and did dishes instead. |

It was good to see IndyCar return to Toronto and it looked like they had an excellent crowd. That was Dixon's first win since the Genysys 300 at TMS last year. It is also his 52nd career win, tying with Mario Andretti in 2nd on the all time winners table. Graham Rahal, who has been in the doldrums, finished 4th. That was his best result so far this season and his best finish since the XPEL 375 at TMS last year, where he was 3rd. |

Nice job by Malukas with fast lap there too, definitely his weekend even if he fell back in race. Well done sir. Rookies are catching up all around it seemed
