v8 supercars, boom to magazine sales

journalists are really having a field day feeding off aussie tourers, it's a pity their information wasn't more factual &not so much giberish in their writings....

Bruce, you contribute to AA, of course you read it. But I'm surprised you buy it – wouldn't you be on their free list? Or are times that bad in Sin City...

I didn't say I spent all day at it!!!!

My reading time is usually about an hour, depending on feature stories. I'm glad the bikes are gone - with they'd lose the T&A and give that space over to words - but then I'm a freelancer and that could be money for me :-D

Mind you, I get through MNews almost as quickly.

Motorsport fans are fans of a lot of different categories. I seem to remember when they had Superbikes at Touring car meets in early 90's a heck of a lot of the V8 drivers and crew were hanging over the pit wall watching the bikes.
I am differentiating V8 Supercar fans and Motorsport fans here. Motorsport fans don't have tunnel vision.
