Grow up? Honey, please don't scare us like that!
Please, I still have yet to figure out this "adult thing"! LOL

OK, back to a countdown. According to Bruno's site (they've been doing a countdown on the front page since last month), it's 95 days until LB.

Now, Dov honey, I try to get the topic back to "countdowns" and here you go rambling on about chickens!
What AM I going to do with you...spank you?
BTW, that's funny (especially, the "quote" by Freud...I nearly fell off my chair on THAT one, given the tone of this thread, LOL! )

A man walking along a California beach was deep in prayer. All of a
sudden,he said out loud, "Lord, grant me one wish." The sky clouded
above his head and in a booming voice, the Lord said, "Because you
have tried to be faithful to me in all ways, I will grant you one
wish." The man said, "Build a bridge to Hawaii so I can drive over
anytime I want."

The Lord said, "Your request is very materialistic. Think of the
enormous challenges for that kind of undertaking. The supports
required to reach the bottom of the Pacific! The concrete and steel
it would take! I can do it, but it is hard for me to justify your
desire for worldly things. Take a little more time and think of
another wish, a wish you think would honor and glorify me."

The man
thought about it for a long time. Finally he said, "Lord, I wish
that I could understand women. I want to know how they feel inside,
what they are thinking when they give the silent treatment, why they
cry, what they mean when they say 'nothing', and how I can make a
woman truly happy." The Lord replied, "You want two lanes or four
lanes on that bridge?"

Hey, Sue, one word (for the Cleveland race) :HORNBLOWER'S!
A great place, right next to the track, where you can walk over (during "downtime") and get something to eat and drink.
And I know Dov's just kidding around with us on this thread.

Countdown (on topic, LOL )....94 days until LB!
Actually, Sue, I'm more of a wine drinker. I LOVE going over to Hornblower's and having a glass or 2 of wine during "downtime" at the track.
Dov, you're from Toronto so Cleveland's not too far from you. In fact, I usually do Cleveland then go to the Toronto race (I meet up with Liz when I go there). BTW, Sue, there's the Molson Beer Garden there plus a little cafe in the Exhibition Place (at the track at Toronto).

Wine is okay too....less carbs!! LOL In my 34 years of living in Ohio I have never been to Hornblowers so it will be a first for me! I would love to do the Canadian races...especially Vancouver but it would be so heartbreaking for me to be around all those Canadians fighting for Patrick's attention I would get lost in the shuffle and then I would have to cry I am sure if I wear my Patrick jeans I would get noticed I'm thinking Dov will have to come to the Cleveland race then I guess I could follow up to the Toronto race and we can continue our celebration We would have a blast!!

Sorry, Sue. Unfortunately, I was busy yesterday with all that awful "real life stuff", LOL
What are your "Patrick jeans"...are they in a "checkered flag" pattern or see-through, LOL
Countdown(so we can't be accused of getting off-topic here, LOL )....92 days!
Keep warm, especially if you live in the Northeastern US/Southeastern Canada....brrrrrrrrr It's not too bad down here except we're SUPPOSED to have sleet/freezing rain this am. So far, nothing has occured (you'd think the world was coming to an end the way the weather morons were talking last night! )

Yeah I hate that real-life stuff I had my friend paint stuff on a pair of jeans for me. The right front leg has a picture of Patrick on it, the left front leg has a hand-drawn picture of the Canadian flag in the Players team colors. The back right pocket has the Ford logo on it and the back left leg had teamplayers.ca and the left back pocket has #32 on it! They look so cool! I am trying to get a picture taken of them with a digital camera and post it on here if I can figure out how to do that!! Oh BTW Patrick thought the pants were cool and he signed them for me!! I wore them to the Cleveland race and the Denver race!

It has been pretty cold up here for the past couple of days but I try not to go outside if I don't have too!

George went on a vacation to the Middle East with most of his family including his mother-in-law. During their vacation and while they were visiting Jerusalem. George's mother-in-law died. With the death certificate in hand, George went to the American Consulate Office to make arrangements to send the body back to the States for proper burial.

The Consul, after hearing of the death of the mother-in-law told George that the sending of a body back to the States for burial is very, very expensive. It could cost as much as $5,000.00. The Consul continues, in most cases the person responsible for the remains normally decides to bury the body here. This would only cost $150.00.

George thinks for some time and answers, "I don't care how much it will cost to send the body back; that's what I want to do."

The Consul, after hearing this, says "You must have loved your mother-in-law very much considering the difference in price."

"No, it's not that," says George. "You see, I know of a case many years ago of a person that was buried here in Jerusalem. On the third day he arose from the dead! I just can't take that chance!
