Its what he has to say thats the problem. In Australia we dislike people that talk and act like a tool. I am still awaiting for him to say something that has some merit.

Gore keeps harping on aboot the no money from Ford BS, maybe his constant childish acts are the cause of not getting any help from Ford. If you were Ford would give him money ?
Barry Green has not called Australia home for a long time and he never owned an Australian team. Peter Brock is an absolute legend but never owned a team that got to the podium in an internationally recognised open wheel event but I dont claim to be an expert like yourself. Gore is unreal and you should pay him more respect. As for Gore being a tool sound like your an expert at tooling yourself.

So, what tips are there for people going to the event?

I went in 2001-02, but haven't been since.

But I've bought a GA pass for Sunday.

Where can I get a CCWS / V8S pitpass, and are they worth it?

I am a keen photographer ... Indy is notoriously difficult to take photographs at ... where is the best spot?

Where should I look for women flashing their racks

Seeing the Forum is openwheelers, it would be assumed to be openwheelers.

You very much implied it. I doubt you were praising him in your comments.

Why would it be assumed? We werent talking Open Wheel specifics we were talking about team owners. When some makes a general statement such as the one as the one mentioned, you will get a general answer.

I implied he was acting like one. Definately was not a praise but there is a difference.

For those interested. The DP 01 will again be leading the field in the parade laps before the Green flag drops and also on Friday and Saturday.

Gore is a little guy and Ford is a massive multi national that tries to push him around by withholding funding, thank heavens someone has the balls to stand up to them and say not me. Not only are they not funding him they have now used their massive influence to draw one of Gores major sponsers over to their full factory team. What a bunch of corporate bullies. And your ticked off because he had stickers on his cars that said "no money from ford". Larko was a loyal factory guy for years but when he got involved with WPS they dropped him like a hot potato and did everything they could to get all of his sponsers then. GO THE LITTLE GUY!

same difference really

I have no fave way of the result only that I think its more important for Ryan.

A win at surfers (and a good result next race) would do Ryans chances of getting a ride next year the world of good

Great work by Will Power!!!

Interestingly, it appears there were no times set by either RuSport driver, Paul Tracy or Katherine Legge. Anyone know the details?

there was no video on race director so I have no idea why several didnt go out.

I managed to catch on the V8 Qualifying that Allmendinger went off during the session but I have no idea what happened as I got my times confused LOL (but there was no video anyway)

Briscoe binned it in P2 which is only 10min before qual so no laps. Tore the front left off it. Will be okay for tomorrow.

Not seen the Allmendinger one - it caused the red flag that gave Power P1. Several cars on track at the time were on flying laps when the red flag was thrown. Power has pace but the timing was what got him there.

Tracey tore the front left off in P1. Not seen again.

Legge - track report was that they could not get the car to fire.

Yeah, can anyone elaborate on Wilson's crash?

And the Allmendinger one - The turn onto the back straight he just went straight on. Right on the racing line.

!!! GO Power GO !!!

if Power has got the Power in the car on sunday (no pun intended) he will win.and that wouldbe great.

Ryan was doing well consistant in P1 an P2 11TH and 10TH shame he had the slip up,for minimal testing and no race experience in ChampCar he has done well so far.
