I guess to a degree the LMH cars have an advantage in the wet if their hybrid deploys from the front wheels…?

Yes - but it is nullified to a certain extent. It doesn’t delay until 190km/h (or 150km/h if you are Peugeot).

I was looking at the number 8 onboard camera, and the Toyota seem to handle lot better in this conditions!

We saw that at Spa as well. Toyota have their car much more sorted for a range of weather than the other hypercars.

I think AXR already want to forget they contested this race. And Porsche seems to be the master of turn 1 lock ups, not so long ago at Laguna Seca and today same situation
