johnh875 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Race schedules/programs?

A question for the more-experienced Nascar fans - is there anywhere that you can find the program for a weekend's Nascar racing? Eg 'here' it us usual to be able to access a list of what classes will be racing/qualifying at what times.

I am looking to go to the June 14-16 round at Michigan but for only one day, possibly two, and can't find out what is happening each day. Other than "not much" on Sunday which I have last on the list. I realize it is the sprint cup race on Sunday but I had thought that the Nationwide race plus sprint qualifying would be a good combination, only to read that there has been a change from last year and qually is now on Friday.

Thanks for any assistance.

There's Jayski, Racing Reference, Wikipedia and Nascar's official website. I'm not sure if you will find all the information you want, check them to see.

If I were you, I would email Michigan International Speedway direct, contact@mispeedway.com .

Thanks NaBUru38 & Clive!

I had already emailed MIS, hopefully they will have some info too - if it is on their web page it is well hidden, likewise on the Nascar site. I was only able to find the 2012 event schedule for the sprint cup stuff on the Jayski's site, it seems this year's event might be too far away just yet.

It is amazing that some smaller events make this stuff more accessible, but for this it is all just buy a ticket, what more do you need to know? It's not easy to google either due to the volume of Nascar stuff out there too.

Got an outline of the programme from MIS, tickets now booked but could not get a pit pass, presumably they have sold out. Hopefully there is something on the day, don't fancy 2 full days in the grandstands only.

All sorted now after a couple of emails, not sure why the pit pass was not available on the website.
