Is it just me or does everyone else want throw something at the screen every time the picture cuts to a garage full of mechanics staring at a screen showing themselves staring at a screen while they are trying to work out what has happened to their car which they can't because the picture has cut to them?

Yes! They do this in F1 too. The have the wife cam in Nascar.

#3 - clutch problem, that's the reason for not getting away after pitstops and may have contributed to the off (downshift trouble as well)

I'm still mad about that. You can change a turbo but no hitting a stubborn starter.

I think they were may not have been noticed until they tried to sneak the tape over the hole in parc ferme and got caught.

But yes, a hole for that shouldn't have been a DQ for illegal bodywork.
