call of duty 4 on pc
i know its not racing but iam hoping u might help. on cod4 on pc when you reach level 55 i have been awarded the golden desert eagle but not prestige mode, anyone what iam doing wrong?

You don't unlock prestige mode as soon as you reach 55,You've got to get another 4000(or something like that) xp before it gives you the prestige option.I really don't get the prestige mode thing,why would I give up all my cool guns and stuff to get a different symbol beside my rank?

Yeah, you have to play through rank 55 before deciding to go prestige.
I'm at rank 43 though.
