Jérôme Mugnier's Virage announces Prost at LM in a Viper !
... but it's Alain's son, Nicolas, and he'll drive the week-end to come, for the FFSA-GT championship... what about a Prost "father & son" team next June ? Last edited by Fab; 21 Sep 2004 at 07:31. |

Very interesting Fab, remember the where rummours about Prost being at Le Mans this year with DAMS IIRC. He has also tested the Maserati.

Prost (father) is visiting these days the Filiere Elf inside the Technoparc.
A participation in the Pescarolo team could be considered and a goood news ! |

If Alain can help Henri get the car consistently on track (racing and testing), that would be a great improvement.

I suppose you already got it, but in the "lost and found" topics, we may lose Goh next year.

An interview of Martin Short on Infocourse : it is said that Martin would like to enter LMES, LM and Sebring. Two cars are expected for LM.
And the Dallaras will keep the 2003 specs, including the smaller 2005 restrictors. |

On Jérôme Mugnier's Virage : Jérôme Policand could enter a Saleen in LMES next year, with a new sponsor (SOFREV). If there's no Saleen available, it will be a 550 Prodrive.
For those who forgot : Jérôme Policand was part of the Speedy Mobil Gâche Team, in the C60 Judd Philippe Gâche entered in 2000. A good one, no doubt ! Last edited by Fab; 1 Oct 2004 at 09:08. |

More news coming from Infocourse, about Courage...
First of all, a new web site... Then facts : - five C65 were sold : one to Belmondo, two to Miracle Motorsport, two to an anonymous french team (Del Bello ?) - more are going to be sold : probably another one to Belmondo, and Tracsport did successul testes on the Bugatti track... - LMP1 : it will be an open hybrid for 2005/2006, with the C60 bodywork. The engine is still not announced, but they expect more power than before, when the Audis should have less... Last edited by Fab; 4 Oct 2004 at 06:18. |

Luc Alphand announced on Jérôme Mugnier's Virage that he should enter a Porsche RSR at LM in 2005.
He's still interrested by prototypes, but... "not yet". And a GTS (now GT1) is too heavy when he's to prepare the Dakar. |

Agreed, 19Dodge, even if I don't know, I think that the cars were leased... no news from Epsilon, BTW...
If each one is allowed to race, we'll have a Courage cup in P2 next year, with one or two WRs and one or two Lolas... At least a real P2 grid with ten cars or more ? |

I have a question, what color were the Courage "factory" entries of the years past? I know this year he changed to red because of the death of his wife (or maybe it was someone other women close to him).
