Johansson replaces Lehto (err Wallace) at Champion

More driver changes at Champion. JJ Lehto isn't going there now because Cadillac have blocked it. As mentioned in this thread it seems some of the problems that people saw with this did prove to be a stumbling block.

So Stefan is back to driving the Champion Audi! What about Johnny and Stefan! Still a pretty good pairing!

They seem to be really keen to get a good driver after Wallace has left to concentrate on Bentley.

Probably contract issues as well, and - did he even "apply for the job"? Maybe he just didn't want it.

I'm guessing it was timing - he still hasn't been officially told by Sigma that his ride has collapsed (as of Friday). But he says he's been bangin' on doors...
