DEI after Hornish
DEI are reportedly chasing IRL champion Sam Hornish jr. Hornish, who has openly admitted he wants to win the Daytona 500, has dropped a big hint he may be about to switch. His panther team share sponsors with DEI in Pennzoil and Chevrolet.

I would imagine that it would be for the Busch Series,
DEI surely would be smart enough not to try to start him in Winston Cup without any stockcar experience. Sam might do well in a stockcar. The only thing is ..... DEI doesn't have a Busch team ..... yet. |

Read somewhere that he wants to run some WC races next year, but not enough to be in rookie of the year group. I agree, it looks like a Busch ride next year. If successful in Busch and/or WC starts, could be a replacement at DEI the following year. Is it possible that Mikey and Park will both be back next year? Maybe that team needs stability more than success at this point.
