Caterhams
There are over 700 Caterhams racing throughout the world, yet there is little mention of them anywhere on the site. Is there any reason for this

Maybe they haven't been enlightened yet? Of course a good time to be enlightened would be at the Caterham Festival, Brands Hatch on October 4/5/6.

Me too, and I live very near Caterham. However, I'm probably too tall (and the old bat says too fat).

Thing is, they usually don't run in sportscar races (although, with the way the FIASCC is going right now, who knows...) - they show up at the Nürburgring for the endurance races quite regularly but I have heard they will be outlawed next year on account of being "open-wheelers"...?

Ah yes, the festival, 300 entries. It has the same atmosphere as the FF festival had in its hey day. I'll be there !

I tested one on a track some years ago, some testers were definitely at the opposite of Alain Prost body... Don't listen the old bat (kisses to her, BTW !) ! |

I drove one in a mini autotest at a track day recently. I think they must be more fun than anything the control and responses were amazing. However I would not get one for the road as I would lose my licence in days - I would not have enough self control to stop myself becoming a complete hooligan

I was completely fine thanks. Martin builds a very strong car. We will definitely be at Snetterton tomorrow for the test. The boys have been flat out since Oulton!

Does anyone have any information about the accident at Cadwell Park yesterday? I hear that two drivers were killed.

I've just heard that the cars were AC Cobras and not Caterhams.
