The Big Kahuna should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Next years rules in full.

I can exclusively reveal the measures to be put in place which will return F1 to the pinnacle of world motorsport (or at least make it interesting again)

James Allen to be publically flogged on the grid before every race.

Instead of a qualifying session, names will be picked from a hat to determine the grid for a 15 lap race on the saturday, the result of which determines the grid for the ACTUAL race.
A return to slick tyres and unlimited pitstops for tyres (including the ability to change tyre compound mid-race).
No more fuel stops, all cars race the full distance on one tank of fuel.
Pick 3 names at random before each race and loosen their wheel nuts.
Remove all electronic driver aids but let the teams do WHAT THE HELL they like with the aerodynamics, so at least they will have a chance of passing other cars on the track.
James Allen to be publically flogged on the podium after every race.

Remember, you read it here first !

Sorry but this lot seems like wishful thinking - as to the rest of your ideas they do have some merit......

I and some other people who really should know better than to post silly things on forums feel that floggings behind closed doors would be in the best interests of the sport.
After all if an engineer comes up with a composite flogger that is 0.1% lighter and 3% more efficent it is good for the sport, or does Joe Public care as long as the flogging goes on and is spectacular. You can have a too basic level of flogging, a knotted rope for example is very good for NASCAR but its not right for F1 - we do need advanced material floggers. So its a difficult balance - if the Allen floggings were carried out behind closed doors would Joe Public really miss it? Or would Formula One be better with decent commentary and private torture?

Answers as usual on the back of a soggy beermat to the big office on Place de la Concorde...
