If it's Robert Buddy Lazier's real middle name, it could be 'Buddy' Rice's first name - we are talking about Americans here, look how many kids are named after their dads...

Buddy Rice is his real name according to rahal.com his dad's name is bud, so he's bud jr an so got stuck with buddy.

Thanks for the Link Grandslammer , it certainly states that laziers first name is Robert.
and I agree that Buddy is Rice's first name.. |

I know buddy lazier was known as 'buddy' when he was a kid because I know people who knew him at that age.

Buddy Rice's first name is Bowler. He has a half-Spanish sister called Pilar.
And an Irish cousin called Boyle. |
