segmented sponsership for Tasman again GTR? they have 2 gun drivers, good people behind the scenes why can't they attract a naming rights sponser?

Mickcals has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
but doesnt Tasman make more money changing sponsors per round...

After all it gives sponsors the chance to be major backers of the team, even if they cant afford the whole year - just as long as they pay enough for the round.

I honestly cant see why other teams havent adopted this idea..

Mr Kelly has an unconfirmed contract.... one powder room inhabitant suggested at the weekend that perhaps JDR is a better place for him... a better environment more suited to his talents....

I cant see Todd going i think he really fits in with HRT.

If the news is true, that McConville is going to BJR, then hopefully BJR car supply McConville with a car that will perform - like they were in 2004

GTRMagic, do you have any inside word on the driver line-up for GRM in 2008? Did you hear something at Bathurst on the weekend? Is it at all possible that it could be a Holdsworth/Owen team in 2008?

After Oran Park, Garry Rogers said that both Canto and Holdsworth will be driving for GRM next year

People I spoke to at Bathurst who should know, say that McConville is definitely at BJR next year. (Mind you - the same people said at Oran Park that it was likely he would be at JDR - make of it what you will.)

As for GRM - I would expect Canto to still be there - there's been every indication given that he will be. It would be very nice if WP engines were there also so he and Holdsworth didn't have to push so hard on parts of the circuit where it doesn't all come down to horsepower.
