This is sooo sad!
On my recent trip to Dubai I bought a Sony Handycam. OK I know it means I'm getting old but there was a reason (it involves a female so we won't go there will we?).
Anyway I sort of justified this purchase on the basis that I can mount it in my race car. Question is; It's a Sony DVD handycam. DVD653E. Will it stand the vibration? |

One thing you could do to minimise the vibration could be to create an absorbsion container using either cork or foam padding

It should have AV in so why not get a bullet cam and mont the camcorder in foam in an ally case on the floor of your car.

There was a company at the autosport show who sell bullet cameras for about £120 which are wireless, colour and all weather so can be mounted externally. If you want these details send me a private message

Do the circuits want you to get permission for any in-car filming or can you just go ahead and do it?

You need to get permission and of course the scrutes need to ok the installation.
