I also see from that list that Mika Salo will drive the #11 G.P.C Giesse Squadra Corse Ferrari 575.

Just read on turbotv.be that Bas Leinders will drive the Vertigo N°100.
Also it is still possible that a C5-R might compete. |

Interesting line up. Just wonder who will the third drivers in the RML entries? Anyone with any theories?
Watched the 24 hours in 1987/88/89. I should make an effort really. |

The RJN entry (350Z) was expected. These are the folks that are developing this car for FIA GT (N-GT) competition. It looks as though their development is on schedule so far, which is a positive. They have campaigned a number of the European Nissan Touring car entries over the years, and its no shock to see the drivers Radermecker/Cunningham....
It's a good opportunity for them to see how their car matches up with the N-GT machinery. They had plans to run the car in the balance of the FIA GT schedule, and LM next year.. as well as selling customer cars. From a selfish perspective, I hope the car is successful and finds its way to the ALMS. |

At Spa, they accept Saleen...
It should be funny if a Saleen wins ! More probably, a F550 will win. |

But Le Mans did not invite a Saleen. Bad form from the ACO. This should be a great race and I'm glad the Saleen at least gets a 24 hour race to compete in.

Apparently the SRT Corvette C5-R will be driven by Marc Goossens and Anthony Kumpen.
Both drivers were in the paddock today, as well as teamowner Patrick Selleslagh and one of the sponsors. If the team enters Spa they'll most likely to be joined by Yvan Lebon and Eric Cayrolle. For now...let's just wait and see. |

Why has Force One suddenly changed its entire line-up? Sponsorship issues?

I think this is a better line up, and it keeps Babini and Peter together too. Added with Salo and Vosse, this is a good line up as is in the other car.

Accoording to one of the press releases on the Spa site, BMS is going to enter a third car, under the CARE racing banner, with probably Colin McRae as one of the drivers.

Indeed. The Mullers are doubling up for BMW, as are Priaulx and Garcia.
