designing my own shirt
I am a fan of all the teams competing at LM and do not know which Teamshirt I would like to buy, exept all of them .$. Although I do favour Toyota a little. That is why I'm trying to make my own. Question is: which embroideries do I put on. So far I decided for: Heuer, Gulf, Tenths, Toyota/Honda (depending on the car I drive next year). I also would like WEC, but can't find where to buy it. Does anyone of you know where?
Also any suggestions for other embroideries to make my shirt a LM shirt and not a teamshirt.... Looking forward to your reply's |

If you designed it on the computer and then got it printed onto a t-shirt you wouldn't have to worry about embroideries.
Just a thought. |

If a long thought on just getting a Ten-Tenths T-shirt/****/Cap.
I'm always fearing to overdoing these things, so perhaps getting a lot of logos much look confusing? I support Simmi's suggestion, with creating it on computer and printing it out on a t-shirt for a start. You can always get it embroided later on, on a new shirt. |

spreadshirt are excellent, but you do have to make sure you know what you're doing to get the best results. took me a lot of planning, thinking and faffing on photoshop to get it exactly how i envisioned it. you have to bear in mind the different printing methods, and if you're screenprinting something then the costs are usually pretty high unless you're doing a big print run.
also, if you're using logos then the printer or embroiderer (not a word, nvm) may have issues with the copyright on those. |

cafepress also do a type of pseudo-embroidery, it's OK from a distance but doesn't really stand up to close examination.
As has also been said you may run in to issues around copyright if you're using any "real world" logos. |
