Britcar...Brands Hatch 3rd April

As you may have read in another forum Britcar have an extra meeting at Brands Hatch on the 3rd April (Saturday). The meeting will be on the Grand Prix circuit and the BRSCC are the organising club.

Given the fact that this is a Saturday and on the Grand Prix circuit the BRSCC are asking for your help as marshals. If you are able to help out, please e-mail Mildred, the BRSCC Marshals Secretary at mildred@brscc.co.uk as soon as possible. Mildred will add you to the list and send out all final instructions.

Given the huge amount of work James Tucker and others are putting into making Britcar a success, I would urge you to support the meeting if at all possible.

I'll second that!
Although Brands Hatch is a non-starter for me this year, I have worked with James and the Brit-Car series several times last season, and it's a great series.

To all BRSCC Members and Supporters...

The EERC, brokered a deal with Bob.Armstrong and Drew.Furlog to Guarantee a Profit on all race meetings run by the BRSCC for the EERC. The First of these is on the Brands Hatch GP cicuit on the 3rd April and your support will be greating appreciated, so if possible please spread the word.
I would wish your Chairman, Bernard every success, he has had to make some hard calls and will have to make some more, but with your support you will all win in the end.

I spoke to Peter Scillitoe today and the BRSCC are still looking for plenty more volunteers for this meeting as it's on the GP circuit. Can I ask you all to please badger a few of your marshalling mates into coming along and supporting the efforts of Britcar and the BRSCC?

Stephen-how about contacting Edd Straw who is now the Autosport Culb news ed'- I'm sure if you phone him (0208 9435998 -Autosport main number)and tell him of your plight it might help get the word around if he can put it in print. Just an idea. (Call him Thursday from about 10.00am onwards).
