Odd to think we are only 9 days away from having the line-up for 2023 confirmed. Particularly excited about this season. Think it could produce some really good racing and an interesting championship fight. Strong supports, guest slots, and Donington GP back on the calendar. Excited for this one

I'd imagine the BRSCC entry list for Snetterton will be issued tomorrow or Wednesday, and that will likely end the Dynamics to TCR thing.
They've* just announced Dan Kirby and they said it was a last minute deal, I reckon that the announcements coming are all last minute, which I wouldn't think Dynamics would be a part of.
It has me wondering with Kirby. The Excelr8 cars didn't carry Trade Price logos at their Croft test, and with Lloyd saying they'd upped their prices I wonder if Trade Price are out of the BTCC altogether now. His Cupra was white, I wonder if it'll be in TPR colours this weekend?

Most teams are testing at Brands today, spotted WSR, Motorbase, Speedworks, Excelr8 and HARD setting up last night.

Jade Edwards at Team Hard

Hard have previous said that they have a newly built (5th) Cupra. They actually have 2 newly built cars, meaning there are 6 now.

So right now we have 25 cars confirmed for next season.

I would imagine that Nic Hamilton will be driving the third BTC Honda, therefore we have a 26-car grid for next season and that will probably be complete.

But there are three TBLs remaining. It is possible that two of them will go to Team Dynamics, but if they have quit then I think they will go to nobody. The third remaining TBL could go anywhere. It might be Carl Boardley in another Cupra or any other type of car, or it might be a fourth BTC Honda.

Looking at the provisional track timetable for Donington Park, we can probably expect qualifying online from 15.30-16.30 on Saturday 22nd, and probably TV coverage from 10.45-18.30 on Sunday 23rd (seeing 8 live races + maybe 2 short highlights of earlier races in the lunch break).

Nice to see they've made the BTCC races a bit longer. 16 laps was far too short around Donington, with a fully green race taking under 20 minutes. If I was running things I'd have made the races 50% longer but I'll take what I can get.

Porsche Carrera Cup also gets an extra lap.

I suspect the increased laps is partly to fill the available space as there is one less race on Sun and 2 less on Sat.

I suppose it enforces that there’s no new teams knocking on the door, otherwise I’m sure the TBLs per team would soon be limited again. If Hard are granted 5 (or 6..?) when they can barely run one car in the points…

So… they had 4 TBLs, plus the Boardley one last year, then sold one of their’s to PMR, correct? So whose is the extra one - must be Moffat's or Dynamics’?
