A History of Australian Speedway

New magazine style book, packed with early pictures and controversial in that it challenges popular held beliefs on the birth of Speedway in Oz.

Bugattis at Maroubra, Solos - under lights at the SCG - 1902! sidecars and sprint cars etc

Looks like a good read so far

I'm not interested in motorcycle speedway, or very much in the midgets/speedcars that race from the mid/late '30s on.
What percentage of the book is devoted to "the rest"?

The first part of the book is devoted to early history so starts with bicycle racing at etc I haven't read it yet, but after a quick skim I estimate 30-40 pages where cars are talked about.
