Audi isn't running flat out like Peugeot can.
Audi is using A LOT of time setting up their car, so they don't run into the same problems as last year, with having a wrong setup!
In that way Audi is sandbagging.
Also running our true pace is something you do in the last minute of a qualifying (if rain is not expected), therefor Audi could want to save their pace for tonight.
