I'm not even sure Rice has been in testing with Rahal before today, I haven't heard of any anyway.

Buhl's just done a 204.

and now a 210

Yeah, and he dosen't have a team mate this time either which makes it harder, especially at a "new" track.

Matsuura just broke the 200 barrier with a 203. Ed Carpenter is the only one yet to do so, he's only done four laps. His current best is a 109.
