Hi

Ive had my dream team smashed today .

I wanted to see Bergmeister-Overbeek-Lieb .

I know that Nienam is normally part of the team , but normally there are more Porsche's at Le Mans , and if their serious about winning they have to crew the car better than what they intend to !!!

I think the IMSA car have a very big chance of winning again , as long as Salo or Melo or Bruni doesnt take it out !!!

As I remember it, Ferrari outnumbered Porsche last year as well and Porsche still won, and it seems like Porsche has considerably closed the big gap Ferrari had last year, so I wouldn't be suprised at all to see Porsche win again. They're Porsche after all.

What free spaces are there left now ?

1 seat in the Lambo ? ..... maybe Bouchet . He would partner Kox very well indeed .
1 seat in the Epsilon ?
1 seat in the Saulnier LMP2 ?
1 seat in the Radical ?
2 seats for Racing Box ?
2 seats at Larbre ? ..... maybe Bouchet & Haliday .
1 seat at BMS ?

Not many places left now .

Wasnt there something about "savoldi" who was with Racing Box , he said he was looking for a drive for Le Mans , maybe with Saulnier .

So we have 9 seats left...who are the star drivers without a seat???

Would love to see Simonsen get a seat after being signed to Autorlando (didn't get selected) and Tafel (withdrew)

I believe since Larbre only got one car in, you may see "gentlemen" drivers in that car.

I think their original plan was to have two saleens, a professional one and another that paid a few bills. Since they only got one entry, it doomed their chances at an class podium.

Vitaphone aka Strakka should not be allowed. A Larbre Saleen wouldve been much better than a slow Aston.

I agree, I was going to support Vitaphone in their quest at Le Mans but after what has happened Strakka will not get my support as I believe they don't deserve to be there by simply 'buying' an entry. If they had a good lineup and were contenders then I might see things differently but they are not.

I think we might see Bouchut in either the Lambo or the Saleen but I can't see him sitting out Le Mans. Bouchut and Kox in the Lambo would be great.

remember Oschersleben last year, when the All Inkel R-GT was excluded, after finishing 2nd, it was a break between Reiter Engineering and the All Inkel Racing/C.Bouchut, so I don't beleive he will come back to the german team !

add to that kumpen, bertollini, bartels, kirkaldy, negrao etc etc etc.

Bouchut is probably not going to be on the gird...someone's missing out.

Havent a clue . Im surprised that he wasnt picked for Oreca/Courage , considering his past links with Oreca's Audi program and lead driver for Courage for a few years .

They should snap him up for the Lambo . Be a shame to see his talants wasted in the Larbre Saleen .
