That should be sign posted, but most people know the way to the circuit from carreforre and the signs for that start as soon as you get to Le mans

Andrew it is a straight road that becomes the mulsanne once you reach the circuit you may have heard of it before.

Must confess, even though I have been 'chauffeur' every year I have been to Le Mans (well, apart from one several decades ago), that I would be hopelessly lost these days if I was approaching the circuit from that direction, once the roads have been closed.

Mind you, I usually manage to get lost at some point during the week, even when approaching the circuit or the city from a direction I would consider familiar....a result of having taken the wrong roads so many times over the years that I now struggle to distinguish right from wrong, as Ayse can confirm!

Always drive down but once there usually hand the keys over to Helen, but still have to stay alert as one wrong turn and you find yourself heading away from the enterence to the campsite at TR corner

Accidentally found a super easy way into Tetre Rouge off the bypass last time. Year earlier we drove round in circles for a while trying to find Houx.

50/50 over which it will be this year.

That's a little tricky, because you have to walk on the Hunaudieres straight, which is a highway, and therefore restricted to pedestrians.

You better get off the tram one stop earlier, Guetteloup, go the main entrance of the circuit, and just after you entered, go to the left. But I bet GT6 will know for sure how to get there.

The stop is an easy walk, cross over the roundabout and head down under the bridge, entrance to the circuit is just the other side once in just keep walking alongside the track (on your left) on the gravel road, it climbs up a little and you will then be at the gate for the campsite on your right. But probably better to phone/text ahead, we will probably be in Le mans on thursday afternoon, or in the Carreforre (two stops earlier) stocking up
