Transfer Buses At Le Mans
According to Club Arnage, "The outfield locations can be reached by taking the regular transfer bus".
Has anyone here ever useed this service? We drove up Arnage for one practice session, but didn't leave the main arena during the race, not wanting to drink and drive. Yes, I've used them Blue, nearly fell asleep on one back in '92! I have to say though that the arrangement was made via Chequers (now MRI). I know they run regularly, I think from the road behind the Maison Blanche entrance. I couldn't tell you what it costs (peanuts, relatively, I guess), but I believe they run quite regularly.
(It's still better if you can persuade one of your number to stay away from the booze and drive.....) |
