This must the the earliest I have ever had the letter! It's still June 2002. I put the order in at Easter.

They'll still not process your order until the week before PQ and then send you another letter saying you're out of luck.

If you want ACO grandstand or camping get the order in now. You can buy a ticket for the general enclosure on the door.

Anyone else had theirs yet?

I didn't know you could reserve individual places, though I was going to try next year. I will have a go when I'm next over.

Thanks for the tip Fab!

I think it is. I always ask places with the n° (at least stair/row) and everytime it's been good, even if not always the right place (I supose everytime it's been a wrong place is because someone did the same before)

Bernard, which place do you choose (don't worry, I won't ask for the same, just to know...) ? I cannot remember if you order grandstand or not...

What make you choose the pits' grandstands ? No debris fences between the cars and your camera ?

It also means no view on the pits...

Pilier A, Escalier 3 : where is it ? Ford chicane side or Dunlop tyre side ?

well firstly i'll excuse myself for as you know its not my true role. i probably shot a roll of film attempting this picture and got about 2-3 sharp. sods law dictates the best one is usually a porsche! this was at pre-qual last year, the speedy courage. its more hard because of the vertiginous nature of the grandstand....ie...i'm scared s***less of heights!

But admit it's not easy to have a "view" on the pits (I didn't say "nice pictures")

Where are the high def pic, BTW ?
