Sportscars Rules - ACO vs FIA

I would like your help regarding the difference between LeMans's LMP 900 and LMP 675 and the FIA Sportscar equivalent SR1 and SR2.
What are the basic differences?
Who's faster ?

Lots of carbon fiber and soon limited ground effects in ACO prototype regs. 675 cars have little turbo 4s and can actually be competitive (wish there were some more cars like the MG, perhaps soon).

FIA has mostly obselete or uncompetitive cars. All SR2 cars are completely outdated by LMP675 standards, barely as fast as the best GTS machines.

FIA GT rules make more sense than ACO, though.

i thought the fia used the aco rules this year? thus lmp900 and sr1 were the same. i know the fias sr2s are more like grand-am sr2s. aluminium tub, production blocks, and no turbos. fia limited to 8 cyclinder 3.4l and grand-am 3.0l 6 cycliners.
