2003 MotoGP Suzuka
No real change in the grids from yesterday due to the rain. Has anything been said about whether those who failed to make the 107% times in 250cc and 125cc (Elias etc) will be allowed to start the race or not?

I believe that Chaz Davies, one of the 250 non-qualifiers, will be allowed to start.
