Kolles is selling one of their R10, thjat´s a big surprise

http://www.racingcars24.com/index.ph...&adtitle=11882

We´ll have just a few LMP1 on LMS this year but a legion of P2

means we could possibly see that R10 being run in someone else's hands in LMS next year?
it does come as quite a surprise though, LMP1 is slowly becoming a bit sparse, possibly no Pesca, no Strakka, looking like there will be no Aston's, lets hope there are some new additions to LMP1 before season start, still a long time left.

I would think it will be sold to a collector. Not many of these will be released by Audi to outside sources I suspect.

At all that Kolles is intending to sell one of his cars is a big surprise. Whatever that may mean...

And second I was surprised that indeed Kolles owns the cars (I wasn't shure of that point) and last that generally Audi is allowing such sale...

One thing is certain: There's no way anyone could run one of those cars without Audi's blessing and/or support. It won't be a matter of someone simply buying it from Kolles and racing it, so my money is on a collector as well.

Which isn't a big surprise, as LMP2 "in concept" becomes the LMP1 of the future...

If the track had a tradition of 1000-mile race sports car races, I'd support it.

Kolles is selling their DTM cars too

BTW, Hope Polevision, the Formula Lemans team, is working on one hybrid project for 2011, and it won´t be a Radical. Probably they will have one Oreca. The interview is on "endurance-info" website

Last line of the advert says "full equip and ready to run" - so Kolles is trying to entice a customer who will actually use the car.

Are they just selling one of the cars or both of them?

racingworld.it reports that the last round will be in Abu Dhabi...
http://www.racingworld.it/notizia.ph...er_la_lms_2010

apparently something "slipped" from Radical as both the italian dealer and the english webiste state that there will be a race with LMS on that track

How nice... if this is confirmed, and unless they pay all teams expenses to go there, more than half the teams in the LMS won't be present at the season finalle, an probably, will se someone being champion becouse it had the money to go to Abu Dhabi and not because they have been strong on the track during the season...

More races yes, but in europe.

If double points are in the offering then they will soon find the money!

Or not. I hope so, but the ACO's move is risky anyway.

So that may mean 1000 Miles of Abu Dhabi then?

For the remaining race my coin is on Barcelona - as they proposed a 3 year agreement with the track in 2008. That will run out in 2010.

www.sportmotores.es confirmed days ago Montmeló won´t repeat in 2010, it´s oficial. Circuit de Catalunya is losing DTM too.

Luc Alphand commenting on his team's options still being up in the air on Endurance-Info. They want to enter a Vette at Le Mans at least and then maybe in the FIA-GT1 with another team but have to agree with the owner. They seem to be leaning towards a BMW M3 but are still waiting for it to be properly homologated (no the ACO and FIA have still not cleared it) to make a move.
