I think the green flag for the warm-up lap is the race director's job.

Warm-up lap is what RLM reported - but either way it's awesome.

Being right there on the track having 56 cars go either side of you! Or you can be even more part of history and wave the tricolour. I assume you'd have to write a forward in the annual too!

I'd try to tape my iPhone to my head or something to capture the experience on film. Not sure that would be welcomed by the ACO!

In LMP1, this entry list looks like the one of last year without JRM and Pescarolo unfortunately. A third Toyota would have been better for the race... The budgets are restricted again.
The great number of LMP2 is counterbalanced by many good GT entries.

Im dissapointed with RAM and TRG but , with the quality thats out there , and the quality thats been picked ..... had to qualify their entrys over others , as both are still an unknown with this machinery .

And Im kinda miffed Risi didnt enter too .

Exactly, it's both teams' first year. Just look at 2012, Status and Murphy were also put on the reserve list initially despite having full-season ELMS entries, since they were (theoretically, since Murphy = RLR) in their first year in ACO-rules racing.

Amazing entry list. Little disappointed RAM doesn't get in, especially the façt that they're #3 and AMR's 5th car is first. They already showed in Dubai they're the real thing. 1 less AF Corse wouldn't have done any harm. Although we do know that AF Corse always brings the full package with them and we're assured of quality cars.

In LMP2 shame, like others said, that Race Performance and DKR are on the reserves for now. It's not easy choosing in P2. Alot of quality teams out there nowadays which bodes well for ELMS this season. Hopefully DKR doesn't lose a bit of interest with this, possibly, temporary setback.
