Hello.

My name is Dan and I am currently a final year Leisure Management student at University of Technology, Sydney. As part of my studies I have teamed up with the Australian Motor Racing Series to design a promotional strategy for the championship.



To help with this design I have designed a quick 11 question survey.It will take no longer than 3 minutes to complete. No names will be required and all results are to be kept confidential. The information gained from this survey has a dual purpose. (1) to compile a consumer profile of people who support the AMRS which can be used to attract corporate partners. (2) to understand the effectiveness and problem areas of current promotional activities carried out by the AMRS.

If I can make a sugestion asking the questions using AMRS as the basis for the question rules out about 50% of the proposed respondents.
There are many who would say,
What the hell is AMRS?
What events are They?
What shows on TV feature AMRS?
You may get better sampling if you are more specific.

I understand what your saying but the whole purpose of the project is find out information about those people who follow the AMRS.

I agree though, a who, what, where is the AMRS at the start of the survey would have been a better option.
