Enjoy Mondello!

I hope all the 10-tenthers out there enjoy the Mondello experience, as I think most of you know Team B&Q won't be there this time, but we will be back with our "new look" for Donnington. I am very envious of all of you that are going, Irish hospitality MUST be the best in the world! Have a great time.

Les, you are welcome for the... (that will start tongues wagging!)
No, sadly no sneak preview before Donnington, unless you come up to Lancashire and have a look in the paintshop. I hope all goes well in the land of the black velvet.

We did Irish hospitality was second to none (hic). A few people asked where you were. I told them you were getting your bus pass renewed. That was right wasn't it?

Can you get a bus to Ireland?
Anyway, I have a 'feeling' that the new B&Q car colour will be ******.

We had a smashing time at Mondello. It was very sad to come home. Shame you were not there John. You would have really enjoyed it. The rumours of Guiness in Ireland are not exaggerated! It even kept me off ordering wine at the bar

Lorna, the only thing that would keep you off wine at the bar is if you had drunk it all!! (Oh ok, give me one of those black frothy things then!)(see, this is what happens when you give me jellyatrics!)
Woodyracing, Rishton Nr Blackburn!
Maisie see above!
You will all no doubt be delighted to know that we now have some inflatable screwdrivers and inflatable electric drills to give away, not many, so find me early at Donnington!

Nice to have you on here James.

As to the safety issues - with the track or the circuit in general. I noticed children in the pit lane and how numerous people were walking across the track whilst races were on or lining up to start.

I won't be at the Grand Prix. Got a sponsorship commitment. I like the night races. They have a good atmosphere and it's a different challenge to racing in daylight. I did the 24 hours of Snetterton in 1993 so it's not new to me.

Oi, John B....tell the sponsors I took the B&Q flag to LeMans and whipped it out briefly......apparently B&Q is an acronym for an unusual French sexual pursuit and I missed most of the race at the pleasure of the gendarmerie.
