Its great to see good clean battles fighting it out but no paint trading...no driver likes damage. I'm only a marshl/official and there is nothing worse than seeing a damaged race car.

Well done to everyone this season!

Banning four wheel drive would also affect Nick Williamson and Mark Hosken, wonder how they would feel.

this is getting silly chaps, reg changes will be posted very soon, however in the interim

There are absolutly NO plans to ban 4wd.

the minis will be able to run in the same spec as they have all year.

there will be no minimum weights.

no car which is currently competing will be deemed in eligable.

there will be a slight reshuffle of the class structure, which will even things up a little.

lets not let stupid talk and rumor spoil whats a good championship.

one of things that showed off the true worth of the championship was Bill Richards racing for position to beat Richard Brent in the final race, all Bill had to do was sit behind Richard to win, BUT he raced for position, knowing that unlike some other championships Richard wasn't going to play dirty and knock bill off the circuit and thus win the championship himself.

its that sort of driving and sportsmanship that makes it so good, here sto much more of the same.

and please guys, cut down a bit on some of the who's going to beat who banter, it can give the wrong impression, what would every one of thought had ROD and Pete come together after every thing that was said on here?
particulary COC's that do often read whats written here, they would of thought it deliberate.

like wise the regs and format are what they are, dont moan, if you dont think it ideal for you, make the most of the regs they are certainly free enough.

Nicely put graham - thanks

You like most people know how much i wanted the championship - and we threw pretty much everything at it - but it wasn't quite enough.

If one day we are lucky enough to win it , then i want to win it fair and square - no ifs - no buts.

Well done Bill - A very worthy champion ! Watch out 2006

A championship with honour and integrity, a rare thing these days. Lets keep it that way.

Wise words Grahame and the point (as an outside observer) I was trying to make on the other thread.

Is there still life in TRC land? It's become very quiet here.
Any news about 2006?

trc regs are sorted now, although dates are up in the air, the usual merrygo round of date and venue swapping seems worse than ever

Yep Graham , David White will be out in class A next year, even if Andy and I have to drag him screaming and Kicking to the start.

Will he set the class A battle alight.... maybe, but only after the novice x comes off the back of the car. David was a sprinter a few years back with a white big wing Mk1 ... so as long as he remembers to keep going after he crosses the start/finish line he'll be ok.
