Not sure where your calendar came from, but the official site is reporting (as of 13/1/06) the Losail race is confirmed for Sat 29th April - http://www.gpmasters.com/news_130106.htm

Only the first race of '06, Qatar on April 29th.

A confirmed calander is expected in two to three weeks.
