Does anybody have a programme for the Stanley Sears Trophy Meeting on Sunday 1st June 1958 and can confirm the entry list and results for the formula libre race that day ?

No programme I'm afraid, and all I have is that it was won by MJ Neil in a Cooper. I don't even have the engine type for the car. Sorry.

Coventry-Climax FPF
1750cc if it was his T43, 1475cc if it was his newly-acquired T45. I'm at work right now so can't check which.
I shouold also have other placings

Sorry djeff, I meant to get back to you earlier.
Neil was in his older Cooper, and won from Allan Mackay in an F2 T45, both sharing fastest lap. First UK finishers (behind one New Zealander and one Australian) were George Nixon in one of his F2 Coopers and Les Leston in an F2 Lotus, a Mk12 I think.
Other starters, according to the report in Autosport, included:
Geoff Richardson (F1 Connaught B-Type, retired)
Peter Mould (Cooper-Jaguar sports)
A N Other (Lister-Jaguar sports)
Bill Moss (ERA R5B)
Douglas Hull (ERA R11B)
