It's still have to been maden, but the plans are there!!

No, 2 races in Belgium isnt good, why not a dutch race? RfH and Spyker are dutch, some other drivers too. I visited Rizla Racing days last year, many spectators without any realy big race event ....

There is no chance of getting another race in the Benelux with Spa and Nurburgring already nearby.

Since several teams are Italian or French a race in Southern-Europe is more interesting for sponsors.

OT: I didn't see the football match, ChampCar was racing at the same time.
