Le Mans Series at Silverstone

I'm thinking about making the trip down to Silverstone for the Le Mans Series race in September. I'm assuming that there will not be as many camping choices as there are for the British GP, but can anyone give me some pointers to some grounds that will be available?

A couple of years ago they opened up the middle of the circuit for camping, but I think they've stopped that since.

try the home farm B&B, its were i stay whenever i want to stay the night for a race meet at silverstone, its comftorble and the family that run it are very warm and welcoming, its about 10 minutes from the track as well so not too far.

and good choice on the lemans series, its a fabulous event, last years was amazing, albeit a little windswept and sunburnt

My son and I were in Whittlebury last year, tpgether with a large number of his drunken work colleagues from Mitsubishi - keeping everyone awake! It was very pleasant (as was the entire weekend), but blooming cold in that tent at night....... but I also got sunburnt on the Sunday!
