Paul Sheldon's "Black Books"

A vital part of any serious researcher's library?

Do you have them? Do you find you can get by without them? Are there any topics you'd really like him and Duncan to cover? What's the current state of play with the Formula Junior volume? Is there a release date yet?

And perhaps most vitally....

Anyone know where I can lay my hands on "Record of GP & Voiturette vol.7", and the "Formula 3 Record Book" for 1964-1976???

I have Vols 1, 4, 5 & 6 - all in constant use!! As for Vol 7 - rarer than rocking horse droppings!! And if anyone's got a Vol 2 or 3 they don't want, I can give them a good home ....

I best way to discribe Sheldons "black Books" is that they are the "Holy Grail" of Grand Prix, Voiturette, F2 ,cyclecar, tasman Series racing results and a small write up of the what happened in the race.

Tim: I checked it yesterday - no Vol 7 and the F3 book says "check availability". No Vol 2 or 3 either ....
