Just to make things a little more even, welcome to the Pro Schumacher (both of them) thread. In honor of this years World champion and runner up (most likely), I dedicate this thread to those that are sick of the whinning and moaning of others just because their driver can't cut it.

This is a better thread as it is:

We may not have the numbers in this forum, but its quality posters we are after, not quantity.

Hello Wrex,

I consider first of all I'm not a Schumi fan, also I hated him for many years. But now I am some more respectable about him (only in my angry days not) and I must accept his formidable results.
On the AMoffat list I wrote what happens when Schumi went to Ferrari, during 1996 the results weren't good on the first half of the season, and some journalists and some people started talking about another "black year", but finally the team demonstrates his quality and Schumi won three races, the final at Monza, to demonstrate how good the team with him was.
Last year I preferred the win of Schumi on the WDC, but I know the McLarens are formidable but three years were enough and Ferrari really struggle to perform to win this WDC. And finally the deseable result come into the Ferrari palmarés.
But this year... I said now "Schumi has the WDC on his pocket" and for two or three races more I fear it can be reality. Well for us, I want to watch more race winners this year, but at this time the results demonstrates Schumi chances are almost unbeatable.
I hope on the end of the year Schumi can give back the favours Barrichello made him on these two years.
Forza Ferrari after all!

Nah Wrex, what’s the point? Although it may sound strange, but they will win races despite the general (in this forum that is) efforts to prove the the opposite. Anyway, I will consider a disastrous defeat if Michael does not win at least ten races this year, preferably Hungaroring is one of those because I’m going there. Indeed this season is over (might I suggest to start another one more interesting

just kidding) but the next year could be tough. Either way, the trophy remains in the family!

PS: Can you imagine Ralf driving a Ferrari in next 4-5 years, with Michael as a teamleader?

I'm in a similar quadary. TGF IS making this season very dull. I don't like his mannerisms, he annoys the pants off me and I alwys jump up and down shouting whenever anyone pulls a move on him (so long as it isn't DC). No one wants to drive for "the-team-everyone-wants-to-drive-for" anymore. WAH!!

BUT: he is the saviour of Ferrari. And isn't that what REALLY matters?? He drives a lovley red thing, and I don't CARE who's in it so long as it shows everyone that corporate ****** teams with NO HERITAGE WHATSOEVER (BAR, take note) that the best will always win AND NOT JUST WIN BUT **** ON THEM FROM SUCH AN ENOURMOUS HIGHT THAT IT WOULD FORM A 100 FOOT CRATER UPON IMPACT AFTER BEING TRACKED ACCROSS EUROPE AND ASIA BY METEOR SPOTTERS AND...... you get the picture

The only way anyoe can enjoy the rest of the sason is to sit back and appreciate the talents of TGF. Of course, we will all have to go down on our knees to pray that the McLarens will get off the start line, and for Michelin to get their tyres right so that we see some battles. Failing that , we will end up falling asleep, because the championship was over two weeks ago.

I don't care if Michael is the saviour of Ferrari - as important as they are to F1 I still dislike them for their sheer Manchester United-esque ability to have EVERYONE supporting them... COME ON FOLKS GET A LIFE!!!

And yes Michael is making the season boring, and yes he's a ruddy great cheat. And therefore no matter how great he may be I cannot respect either his results or the good work he has done for Ferrari. (Because Luca Badoer has done just as good work for the team with no credit whatsoever.)

The other thread is a "Schumacher free place" in a "Schumacher free zone", so it seems you're not welcome over there.
This place is called a "Pro Schumacher (both of them) thread", which should not stop either a Schumacher fan or a Schumacher hater to enter. You're probably welcome here.
