BTW Mucke just did 3:53.4 with the 007.

Beretzky did say that making an inline 6 turbo engine work for endurance racing is very hard and not something he would consider, he knows a thing or 3 about engines.

some heavy sandbagging by the other guys.

I think oreca is trying to force the hand of audi and peugeot by showing its pace. We all know that on a normal lap the audi and peugeot are faster than the oreca.

ahh.. gotcha...

Be nice to see them pull one off over the factory Peugeot boys again.

Doing alright.. getting ready for next season and testing the new ride.

I gotta check the weather forecast for this weekend... don't know if there is any chances of rain or not.

The old 908 is indeed slower. For whatever reason it's top end was 8mph slower then the other diesels

Im sure Peugeot and Audi are just shaking the cars down, but I remember last year when the 908 was 2-3 seconds ahead of the R15 from the start of practice to the end of practice

Collard just did 3:36.418, which is faster than the 3:36.58 that the Pescarolo did during the test day. That means that the bigger restrictor is helping a bit.

I totally agree. We know the new cars are faster, but I'm shocked at how hard they are going out of the gate

Collard runs a faster lap in the Pescarolo than they did in the entire Le Mans Test Day already, looks like Henri and his team may be the class of the Petrol LMP1 cars yet again.

Pretty bad luck at le mans, i seem to remember a few years ago they were on GT2 pole and crashed in the last session on Thursday. From the looks of the rear of the car they will probably need a new one.

Expect quite a long red flag as the Barrier is damaged at the first corner in the Porsche curves section.
