WEC - Timing71 says "Race Control - Slow zone procedure under investigation" Is this normal or are they looking at something specific?

Yeah, Direct, ATT Now, Dish/Sling and YouTube TV all carry it. Youtube TV has a trial period for 2 weeks free I believe.

How did the gap get up to 40 secs between the Rebellion and Toyota in the lead? Did the #1 go through the SZ more times than the Toyota?

10 seconds in the pit stop from the fueling times not being balanced. Traffic hurts them a lot more than Toyota due to lack of boost. Unfortunately the start is always going to be Rebellions glory time.

I know all of these things in my head but my heart won't allow it. This may all be true. But 50 seconds after an hour's racing?

#11 gets a penalty (20 extra seconds at next stop) for not slowing (enough) during slow zone

By my calculations (and don't trust them), if the race continues at the current rate then the Rebellions will be 6-8 laps behind at the end. One would assume that would be greater if the rain comes.
