Thanks RT you sure are quick off the mark, I was on my way in here let everyone know. I have been following his career for the last 3 years as he is a friend of a friend, I know he will go well but the deal was only finalised late last night as there is potentially a lot more involved than just this years enduro's.

I agree Alan Gurr is a great driver and deserves the seat he will put much needed life into the team. Not only very fast but will look after the car and provide much needed feed back.

Has been good in all cars.

yep have to agree with that , Gurr was brilliant in karts and since he has moved on to cars has proven to be very fast and competitive , I think he should do very well in a V8 , not sure what his long term goals are but a V8 drive would do him a world of good

An inspired choice. I was talking to him a few weeks ago and was really looking foward to getting behind the wheel of one of those big ,big, big things. His touring car experience should very hepful for these 2 events. Best of Luck to him and the team PESPI

ELEPHINO I thought I Heard Bagpipes at some of the races early in the year but it turned out to be the driver of Car 1 blowing his own TRUMPET again.

Wouldn't the EPA have been called in if that was the case?

Or doesn't size relate to noice levels now?

Toolman

Elphino - Dugal has banned the pipes (never his idea) so he doesn't start each race with a headache other than the car

Tom Green - And your best result at Bathurst in V8 Supercar would be.................... Up and down pitlane your opinion is not widely shared

McDougalls Had some good Q500 and Batrhurst Results.

8th at the mountain in the wet, with Mad Andy driving, in 2000 springs to mind.

Hey Pepsi,
is it true that Gurr was half a second quicker than Dugal at Calder and when DD tried to better the time he flatspotted all the tyres?
