Most Improved!

The most improved drivers after practice 4-compared to yesterday's qualifying times are(1)P. Lemarie/-2.860 (2)T. Monteiro/-2.155 (3)R. Hunter-Reay/-1.775 (4)A. Tagliani/-1.649 (5)P. Lemarie wouldn't bee hard pushed not to improve. The top six all being rookie drivers or teams is unsurprising, as a lot of aspects of this are new, although they have a comparative advantage here in that this course is new for everyone. I'm amazed that Haberfeld and Camarthias haven't improved further, epsecially as I rate Mario reasonably well

Haberfeld's starting 6th, and is the 2nd best rookie in the series so far!

As for the rest, they're all improving greatly from session to session. Lavin is starting in last, but that's because he spun and lost his best lap. Lemarie has improved quite a bit, and is getting more competitive each session. Camathias' speed is improving, but two spins in quali set him back... Gonzalez still has some work to do...

I think tomorrow's race will be one of attrition as guys spin left and right...that said, it won't just be the rookies.
