Anybody going to the Long Beach GP?

Hiya all,

I was wondering if any of the Ten-Tenths community was going to be attending the Long Beach Gp this year. I will be there all three days. So if any of you would like to join me for a beer, please leave a message here.

And, I am planning on taking a LOT of pictures over the weekend. is it ok to post my web site as a link so others can see my pictures? Or is this considered rude to add a link to my own web site? I am still new to this forum, and don't want to step on any toes.

Yup I am going! Love it, I am gonna go and watch all sunday, the atlantics, historic, the CART (what has turned into the PT parade) and Trans-AM. Wish I had my Mulsanne's Corner T-shirt ready, but it has been PAsta stained, need a new one. I'll be the bald headed young looking guy (ha ha ha) no really. I'll Pm You later, A beer with a fellow is nice, no one appreciates this sport as we do.

Please do link to pictures that you take. I don't know if it would be considered rude, but I think the more publicity CART related stuff gets the better it is for the series and the fans.

Fellows,

Good to see that someone is going to keep the Ten Tenths flag waving in Long Beach!

Unfortunately I cannot make it this year due to business commitments, but... see you there in 2004!

(for a thread with the pictures I took in Long Beach last year, please visit the thread http://tentenths.com/forum/showthrea...threadid=21528).

Cheers,

okay the hairpin-(turn 11 in case you don't know) after the Toyota Atlantics Noon-ish. Meet there for a beer-we'll walk over and get a proper pint at a pub. non of that swill in a plastic cup (wait we can't leave the grounds! okay bottle for all)

Yo GTTouring. I am very sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you at turn 11 on race day. I left for the track friday morning, stayed in Long Beach, and didn't have an internet connection until I got back here Sunday night. So, I got your message after the race. But, great race, great weekend. Long Beach ROCKS!!! The only negative aspect was the $8 beers.

I suggest every CART fan try and see that race at least once in their life.

I'll post pictures on monday 4/14.
